Chris Hemsworth’s ‘Transformers’ Recordings Interrupted by Unexpected Guests

Unforeseen Visitors Halt Production on Action Blockbuster

Filming for the highly anticipated Transformers: Rise of the Beasts has been temporarily suspended after a group of unexpected guests interrupted production. While shooting a pivotal scene involving Chris Hemsworth’s character, Optimus Prime, a family of deer wandered onto the set, causing a brief but amusing delay.

Deer Cause Temporary Halt in Filming

The incident occurred at Leavesden Studios in England, where the latest installment of the Transformers franchise is being filmed. As Hemsworth and his co-stars were engaged in a high-energy battle sequence, a group of deer emerged from a nearby woodland and ambled onto the set.

The animals, seemingly oblivious to the commotion around them, proceeded to graze peacefully on the grass, much to the amusement of the cast and crew. Shooting was temporarily halted while the deer were gently ushered off the set.

Production Resumes After Deer Departure

After a short wait, filming resumed once the deer had departed. Director Steven Caple Jr. took the interruption in good spirits, joking that the animals had added an unexpected touch of realism to the scene.

"We were shooting a really intense battle scene, and all of a sudden, these deer just wandered onto the set," Caple said. "It was really funny, and it actually ended up working out well. It gave the scene a bit of a wildlife documentary feel."

Hemsworth Unfazed by Deer Interruption

Hemsworth himself seemed unfazed by the deer interruption, noting that it's not uncommon for wildlife to wander onto film sets, especially in rural locations.

"It's always a bit of a surprise when animals show up on set, but it's also a reminder that we're filming in a real environment," Hemsworth said.

Despite the brief delay, production on Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is expected to continue without any major disruptions. The film is set to hit theaters in June 2023.
